There are many thicknesses available for vinyl banner material. YesPress banners are most commonly printed on 15oz or 18oz vinyl. Mesh banner material is also available. This is an 8 oz. coated polyester with 37% air-flow perforation. The mesh is much lighter and easier to work with.
The largest available banner size, vinyl or mesh, is 16'. Anything larger would have a seam, but it can be done! YesPress makes a mesh backdrop for a local dance studio's end-of-year recital, which is 40' w x 20' h, with a pole pocket at the top.
The printed graphics for retractable banner stands will be one of the following three options.
- 100% opaque13 oz. FlatMaxx curl-resistant vinyl
- 8 oz. Resilience Fabric
- 11 mil Melinex (heavy-gauge film that provides exceptional rigidity
